Car.nut. I appreciate your sensitivity. Rat boy, how.do you.know.when someone is hurting a.motor.unless.someone tells you? In this particular.case, I don't think anything I did cracked the cylinder.

I got a very well massauged 460 RV motor in My Cobra. It skoots mid 9's. But, it is hard on tires. I also got kicked off our local drag strip. Some weird rule about not allowed to go under 10 seconds in the quarter without a full roll cage. Go figure.

Mother, going real fast must have something to do with the color of the car. My slow-boat-10 second car is very close to the color in your Avatar. Its '03 Cadillac CTS Copper Sun burst. Now that our local drag strip is back in operation, with new management, I'm going to try for the 9's. I have only a six point roll bar so if I can get there, they'll bounce me too. Congratulations! Getting into the 9's, in a quarter mile, is plenty difficult.

Yep it was just so unfair. lol Why did they pick on my slow car.
I had been 1/2 trackin the car and got yelled at for heavy breaking. So I decided to go out with a bang but hazed the tires only to be told I was warned and handed your time slip and asked to leave. Why they always picking on me? Had a great time anyway I may have the video still and will try to dig it up. |
