Not as bad as a couple weeks ago. Put off going to 83rd tonite, Bob didn't have a working bilge pump for the Cobra.

I don't believe in the 20+ years I've lived in the valley I ever seen a storm like the one we saw this afternoon. Wind gusts of 67 were recorded at Luke and Deer Valley. Numerous trees are down in the neighborhood, patio chairs blown over..... On the plus side it's 71* Tomorrows forecast 86*/63* Didn't make to 83rd tonight.

We've had 4 inches of rain in the pool since noon.

Yesterday was nothing compared to that last big 4-5" storm. Yard flooded; drained pool/ lost a pool motor under water in flooded yard. Came home and dogs were swimming in yard!��
