Laughlin Riverside Resort Reservations
OK, here is the phone number and Group Hotel Code for the Kit Cars on the Colorado 9 Trip:
Reservation Phone Number 1-800-227-3849 http://www.riversideresort.com/ Group Code C/CCTL5 . You must call to get the group rate. Online does not work. Group rate ends Sept 21, 2015. Reserve your room for Fri & Sat, Oct 23 & 24. I have my room. Special price is $59 per night + tax = $66+. Must pay for 1st night now. Refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. I am told the Ford Model T Club will be there at the same time. We may have extremes of Fords. It's Off
Officially, the Kit Cars on the Colorado Trip (Laughlin Trip) has been cancelled. We only had 5 rooms reserved by Sept 21st and our guarantee had to be 10. All rooms associated with the event have been cancelled by the hotel but I would check with them anyway for debit on your charge card. Sorry for lack of interest. Perhaps next year.

Looks like this event has run it's course.
We had a good run. Started with a Club Sandwich between the AHA and Arizona Kit Car Club ( I believe 20 plus years) and ending with Kit cars on the Colorado. with the Arizona Cobras and the AHA 8 years. Congrats and thanks to all who have attended over the years. I might suggest a run to lunch with Bill and Marilyn's. Mikiec |
Club Sandwich originally involved the Las Vegas Cobra Club also. This was a tri-state event and gave us fond memories. Many of them involved burnouts, boats and Mega-Ritas!

Probably just as well. I was getting nervous about Ratt Boy doing a burn out now that I'm sorta the resident bearded, bellied, bald guy he might use as a target.

Just for grins, I called the hotel last night to cancel my reservation, and I'm glad I did. They still had me listed but now, I have a cancellation confirmation number. I feel so much better....
