Another car show coming up on October 31st at Cabela's. 0700 to 1400.
I am calling to determine what category we belong in as Cobras. Will followup as soon as I receive an answer.
Sorry that they are using Nancy Perry Productions for some of the details.

and you have been back how long before stirring ****?

****) was changed by the system from the word $hit I entered

DWRAT 09-19-2015 01:08 PM

Yay,
We can pay $20 to show our cars and help support Nancy Perry at the same time.
Not a chance in hell I will attend.
Maybe next time suggest something from someone who hasn't already F-ed us over more then once.

They have a category for Mustangs, and a category for Corvettes... They should have a category for Cobras :MECOOL:

And, if any genuine CSX2xxx or 3xxxx Cobras show up, then they should automatically be placed above the replicas in the prizes for the category. ;)

JMHO.

I do know the story along with yourself and you keep promoting her for some reason.
BTW, we both already gave her a second chance and she f#cked us that time also.
Maybe 3rd time really is a charm?
I won't find out.

mikiec 09-19-2015 04:04 PM

If I were still living there, I would not attend.

The History should not be discussed here. If you want an answer talk to some of us that had dealings with her, face to face.

Fordracing65 stop by Mixteca on Bell rd & 67th Ave. on Tuesday nights and talk with the gang there.

Bill your feet stink, your as$ lies and you hate Jesus!

Are you just pushing buttons for fun or ?

Danr55 09-20-2015 07:51 AM

Why is everyone shy about discussing her hiring cops to put us out of the Saturday meeting at 83rd st. Or inviting us for the concourse plane at a show then putting us in the south forty? She wouldn't know an honest deal if it kicked her in the butt.

Karl Bebout 09-20-2015 10:21 AM

Jee eeezus Danr!

Why do you always have to be so PC and sugar coat everything!

Danr55 09-20-2015 10:33 AM

Just my nature Karl. I am so PC few people notice.

Car Nut 09-20-2015 06:43 PM

Gosh, I was thinking about going too, not.

Danr55 09-21-2015 04:27 AM

I think Bill must be facinated by Nancy's BIG.eyes.

DWRAT 09-21-2015 06:59 AM

Mikiec,
What happened to your post about Nancy not paying out on her 50/50 raffles and the city suing her for not having permits?

Gofastoldguy 09-26-2015 03:45 PM

For those who are interested, our Cobras will be classified as "Specialty" Class.

40k Later 09-26-2015 07:16 PM

Car shows have always baffled me. Spend 40K+ to build and drive a unique vehicle and then pay more money so others can look at it? I've never entered my car one in which I had to pay and I've never paid to look at other cars. Brought my Cobra to one event years ago where it was free to bring your car and the public paid a $5 entry and the proceeds went to the local Boys and Girls club. Paying money to sit in an otherwise vacant parking lot at a sporting goods store to BS with other car owners leaves one to question, why? Instead...Meet at their house, drink their beer and eat their food. 5 guys $20 each = 10 steak dinners (wives), a couple beers each and dessert.

DrDuc 09-27-2015 09:59 PM

40k, that does sound like a much better way to spend time with people you like and eat much better food!
