Ffr2290

Sad but true.

FFR2290 will be going up for sale within the next 2 weeks. Need new pics and get the info for it and settle on a price. I'll be posting on Craigs List.

Been thinking about it for awhile. Moving out here just solidified my decision.

Suppose you need to get something big enough for all the grandkids to fit into?

No surprise here. It was just a matter of time, once you moved to the land of rain and snow.

mikiec 12-03-2015 04:35 PM

Karl, I have been thinking about this for the past 3 years or so.

With so few driving days out here and you guys out there plus my involvement in CAS time is limited.

I was talking to Jeff when I was out there about letting the car go, I just stepped over that line.

moore_rb 12-03-2015 05:11 PM

Is the car still in Az? or is it in NH...?

mikiec 12-03-2015 08:06 PM

The car is in NH.

Mikie Mikie. I just hate it when my world and the landmarks I am used to get changed! I know everything has a season. The fact you can only enjoy the car for what about 3 months per year makes a Toy like a Cobra less sensible but when has making sense been a consideration?

Your market has to be limited by all that white $hit on the ground up there. Drive the car back to its birthplace as a last fling and I will sell it for you.

Jeff, Great offer. But I will wait a while.

That was a real moment of weakness... Had the car out for the past 4 days, giant smiles.

I have changed my mind. Call me wishy washy.

Been doing the same thing Mike, one week I'm gonna clean 'er up and fix all the nitpicky things and sell and the next I'm not. Really should but damn, it's been 10 years since I got the kit and nearly 8 on the road. It's like a member of the family.

mikiec 12-07-2015 09:34 PM

Yeah, it really is like family. Especially after 15 plus years and 70+K miles.

Okay, you're wishy washy. On a more positive note, you just qualified to run for elected office!
