8:30am Blast Off from Chevron Station @ Recker and McDowell All Together Now...All Together Now: 10:00am Roar Away from That Reasonably Priced Chevron Station @I 17 and Carefree Hwy. Its less than 100 miles to Chino Valley, according to Google, so maybe we can make it to the Safeway Gas Station there for fuel and squirting? On to Seligman (65 miles) for car show entrants to register. Some will want to eat at the uber crowded, noisy, marginal Snow Cap (its tradition). Some of us will venture to the west side of town for good food at Westside Lilo's. . There is fuel in Seligman, if needed. Its about 75 miles on to Kingman. You can get back on I 40 or take the old Rt 66, which, to me, is preferable, to Kingman. |
Tally ho Old Bean! 10am it is for the I 17 departure. Think I'll try Westside Lilo's eatery this time around.
