New car for Dan

I purchased my Backdraft Cobra from Jonathan Motorcars in Edgewater Park, NJ. I worked with Rick Portela, nice guy. JM is a family run dealership and nice people to work with. I negotiated my deal over the phone and Email. I flew back to JM, inspected the car, finalized pricing and had the car shipped to me here in Chandler. They titled the car in NJ as a 1965 Cobra. That enabled me to easily register the car here in AZ and secure the vintage plates. I have a post detailing my Registration processing. Phil |

Definately shiny and kind of expensive. It's the same age as my car yet looks like it only has 5400 or so miles on it. Amazing..
Well, maybe a little newer than my car. Mine is CCX 3069 early 80's build, and this one is CCX 3652 .. probably mid to late 90's build. |

I found a photo of Dan's car, taken at the time of it's demise. What I first saw it I thought it was Gofastguy's car. I figure GOfast and Karl are tied for number of completed attempts at modifying body work.
