Affordable Care Storage

Good evening Arizona. I have bought a 100% A/c warehouse and are turning it into an air-conditioned space available for long term vehicle storage at an affordable rates if you have one too many projects at the house. When I called around places were changing $350-450/mo. I will have spots available is the 3200 sq ft for $250/mo, fully air-conditioned, big screen tv, battery tenders for all cars and access after hours and weeks

Full security system with camera's, $1 million liability policy, fire sprinklers etc. Should be completed in the next 2 months if anyone may be interested PM me or email to revans@valleyo2.com. I will have room for 8-10 cars without putting lifts in but that is possible down the road. if you know of anyone looking to store a classic in the Scottsdale area let me know
Thanks
Ron

Sounds like a great idea.

That is becoming increasingly popular in my neck of the woods. And, so far, I've yet to hear of any glitches, mishaps, or the like.

Started Demo this week to take out walls and ceiling. Anyone has a good referral in Phoenix area for epoxy floor? Half the space has an old epoxy that has to be sanded off before the entire this can be redone.

Any suggestions or referrals would be appreciated

I've used them several times over the last 10 years.
If you keep it simple the cost if very low.

An unsolicited suggestion on the floor -- go with the low luster battleship gray. The high luster stuff always looks like you have a leak or puddle under the car.

And if not, it's out of oil.
