Wagon for Children's Hospital

I was at Tractor Supply a couple days ago (thought I could put tractor tires on my ERA and use it for a rototiller) and saw a nice little yard wagon for $80. It's all steel and I think it will stand up to the Arizona sun way better than a plastic one. I'll try, once again, to post pictures. I've already posted them on Facebook.

That's a pretty sturdy wagon.... hehe

Can't imagine the hospital would think all those hard, sharp edges are very good to cart kids around.

Ron. PCH.uses.these.wagons.for.parents moving kids around the hospital. Better you pick up the ones suggested or just buy toys.
What Karl said.

Yeah, I have a classic Radio Flyer in my shopping cart on Amazon now. I'll get that.

The Pathfinder wagons don't wear out, they are stolen by patient's parents. When the treated child patient is wheeled out to the parking lot to go home, the parents just put the wagon in their trunk. Thus the need to re-supply every year. They go through much more than we supply. The PCH even has a "Red Wagon Club" with members that buy wagons all year long.

I just assumed that the wagon was intended as a gift to help distract the child. Probably the parents think that as well. In either event, we're pleased to participate.

So, Bob - should we assemble the wagon or leave it in the box for more compact storage?

Assemble all wagons please. We have drop off points. Or donate check to PCH with Wagons written as reason. You can always bring wagons to our Dec 10th Toy Drive Kick-off at PCH.
Thank You
AZ Bob
