CONCOURSE Assembly and Entry INFO
Peter would like for us to enter the show by 7:30, Saturday morning 02/11/17.
Lets first all gather at the Shell Station (our usual) on Shea, 1/4 mile North of Shea. We will leave the Shell Station at 7:00, so those of you, and you know who you are, plan on getting to the Shell early enough to do what you do. From the Shell Station, we'll proceed North on Shea to a right turn onto Saguaro. We'll continue on Saguaro to where we turn right on Panorama. (If you pass Sapori D'Italia restaurant, on Saguaro, you've missed your turn onto Panorama). We will continue on Panorama to where we cross Saguaro and the street name becomes Palisades. We'll continue on Palisades, cross La Montoya St. Do a U turn and queue up to make our grand entrance. There will be a policeman directing traffic, so we will all be able to come in as a group. We will cross Saguaro to Panorama, which is our entry street to the show. Be sure to have your NUMBER sheet on your dash to prevent delays getting into the show. Bob, will you please attach one of your awesome maps to this? Couple suggestions: Bring chairs Bring yer beverages and snacks. Bring sun screen. DON'T FOLLOW GREGGGGG AND VIKKKKKIE! :p |

There is a pretty sports bar in walking distance to the park open for breakfast, Mary and I attend this a couple of years ago, walked over and had breakfast after parking the car, planning the same this year.
