What a great idea Ron. This Saturday, November 4th is Scottsdale Motorsports Day. First Saturday of the month. https://www.scuderiasouthwest.com/smg/ We park in the "American" section. Sunrise is 6:51am so arrive before sunrise. The spotlight for November is "Pre-1975 European Cars" Then we can visit Ron's Man Cave.
Ron, we have more tables lined up. Your wife offered your Keurig, everyone will bring chairs and beverages. Paul has completed the flyer and I will post shortly.

I wont be able to bring a car as they are coming to install the neon but I am off Gelding east of Hayden (first complex) at 14201 N Hayden suite B2. If you have trouble my cell is 480-677-1193. I will be there from 6:00 on moving this around and moving out the cars for the neon guys to get to the walls

I spoke with the gas station folks and we are good to go to gather there. Chevron on Recker and McDowell in Mesa.

All the water and soda is bought and cooling down in my fridge as well as coolers for ice. We have paper plates, napkins and silverware already there so we just need tables, food and everyone bring their chairs.

I have a couple of large boxes we will wrap with xmas paper for everyone to put in their donations to Sunshine acres.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

14201 N. Hayden suite B2 just north of Redfield( Thunderbird) turn east on gelding and right into the parking lot, at the end is covered parking for all the cars and around back the roll up door will be open as well as the front door

We buy in bulk for all our branches at work so we always have a ton of that stuff at the office so not a problem.

Team - an update on our donations status for the Sunshine Acres Children's Home event.

As a reminder - the event is at 3:00 PM on January 13, 2018. We will be gathering beforehand at the Chevron (of course..) at Recker and McDowell, so we can drive over to the facility together.

Here is what we have collected so far. I thought i would post this so everyone who is planning to bring their donation to the event on the 13th can plan accordingly
