I know it's late notice. Karl and I discussed going to Cafe Rivera's Taco Express in Oracle. The internet says they have good Mexican breakfast.
Depart Karl's at 7. Route 60 Circle K in Superior for fuel. 177 south to 77 south to Oracle Return: 77 to 79 north to Florence 387 to I-10 If you are going, PLEASE CONFIRM ON FACEBOOK. |

I’m not going to make it. Pretty sure I have a bad thermostat.

Scotty and I were the only ones to make the drive today. 240 miles for me and probably 300 for him. Had a little road construction to deal with but generally, a very enjoyable ride. Mark's recommendation of the Rivera Taco restaurant in Oracle was excellent. Very small, low key but Scotty really liked his enchiladas con huevos, potatoes and refried beans. I know where eggs come from so I had a couple excellent pancakes with real maple syrup.

I'm ready to do that run again. Best Breakfast I've had in a long time ! ;)
