Got The Plates...

With a plate of 4MA5C1A, the first thing i did was to order a vanity plate. Found that SNAKE65 was available so I hit submit and paid with my credit card. So for $30.53 (25 plate, 5.53 postage) it should be on the way.
Tomorrow Curtis from Crown (Tucson) will bring the car via covered trailer to us in Green Valley.

Dave -- no cardboard plate for them to aim at

Good choice. There will be great fun in your future.

The Car Is Here

Bob -
Curtis from Crown delivered the car the other day. It really looks great in the AZ sun. Needless to say we are having fun with it. The car exceeded all my expectations. The SPF car is tight, squeak and rattle free. The Blueprint engine has 68 more HP than the Roush I was expecting.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
I have a vanity plate that I like on the way. FWIW there are still some good ones available. For example, MRCOBRA is waiting for someone.

Dave and SNAKE65 -- and there are others

Tip of the day: use a license frame to enforce the plate. My 1964 replica plate went flying during some spirited cruising. The bolts were still tight, the metal had ripped.
Enjoy the madness and always remember: the car wants to kill you.
