Should be a reservation, I called the Hotel and I'm on the same list that you, Scott, Mark and Jim are on for a room reservation on Fri and Sat. |

Okay we seem to be set. There's just a slight duplication of effort here. seems that someone had already called and reserved the block of 16 rooms at red roof inn so that's what we got reserved. There's one room set aside for Bruce bosley at his request, but the rest of them are up for grabs. next time we're going to have to pick specific people to do specific things to avoid this duplication.

One more item. It seems that the route 66 association is going to have a meeting on the 15th to decide whether or not they're actually going to have the fun run this year. So we won't know until after that meeting whether or not the fun run is actually going to come off. It's been suggested that perhaps regardless of the fun run the Cobra club should continue on to Kingman and go spend Saturday at the Shelby museum so it's something to think about.

The group has always stopped in Chino Valley on the way to Seligman. You may want to meet there.

Just so everyone knows, we've booked a group of rooms but everyone needs to call and make their own reservation. If you already have a confirmation number, you're good to go. If you don't, call the hotel. By my count we've already exceeded the count for rooms, so call soon.

My opinion - let's go ahead with or without the fun run. Once we determine a time I will meet at the Safeway in Chino Valley as I will come over the mountain from Cottonwood.
