Thursday morning run
Leave the Chevron station at.Idaho Rd and US 60 at 0600. Head to Superior and stop for fuel then turn south to Winkleman. Breakfast at Maria's. Take 77 east to Globe and return. Should get everyone home before it gets too hot. If some prefer, I understand the hwy thru Tonto Basin is open again. As usual, let.us know so we don't leave without you.

Yesterday you said that Maria's food was no longer good. What changed your mind?
Anyway, I'll be there. Should be a pleasant drive.

Well there were two cobras on the road this morning. Carl and I ran the course we said we were going to. We had breakfast in winkelman at Marias, then drove back 177 to 60 and 63 globe and back into town. Was a pretty good run the weather was great. You guys missed a good time. I think I have a new favorite road 177 from winkelman back to 60.

Tru dat. That stretch of 177 is big fun. 185 miles for me and next time....someplace other for food. :(
