Need a Charity
 
We are in need of a worthy charity to donate to at this year's Anniversary/Christmas party. I have contacted the Marines Toys for Tots and Channel 15's Operation Santa Claus and neither one begins organizing and gathering until about October 15th. Last year was Treasure House, a worthy charity but, no fun buying gift cards. More fun buying toys.
No one has stepped up with a suggestion so we may be back with Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Any Ideas? Would love to post on annual flyer.

Try Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times. It's a non profit camp for children with cancer. It runs a year round program. It's a great program. Its serves children in southern California and neighboring states. I have been volunteering there for 33yrs. Their phone number is 310-268-8488. Thanks

I think they want to keep it in the Phoenix valley. They collect toys and then motorcade to the location in the Cobras and drop them off. It's a sight to see. They even have given rides to the kids.

If you're asking for locals (or ex locals), I vote for the Children's Hospital. But I'm only living vicariously through you guys.
