AZ Cobras Annual Picnic

AZ Cobras Annual Picnic. This Saturday, May 13 at Saguaro Lake.
You'll need either a day pass or for us old folk, the Senior National Park Pass. The pass is not sold at Saguaro Lake.
https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/tonto...nkbzx-ktQiX7RQ
We will establish a claim early (right Karl Bebout?) I will try to be there 8am to help. We cannot save parking spaces so 1 cobra per space and we can later snug them up for more.
Lots of catching up to do for those who we see twice a year.
Karl supplies and brings everything but food, so bring your own plus some treats for all. Desserts, snacks, chips, cookies, brownies, etc. and bring your own drinks, no alcohol.
We will be located at the east end of the Saguaro Lake Road (Forest Road 206A). Main Entrance, Bring your Cobra.

I believe the regular "Day Pass" is sold at the entrance but the "Geezer" Pass is not.

I'll bring charcoal & lighter fluid, tools, utensils, plates, condiments, plastic cups, napkins, paper towels.

Remember chairs. :)

It's Mother's Day weekend and there's a grand daughter due, probably not going to make it, unless someone tells me otherwise.

The link to the senior pass doesn't work. Try this one

Scroll to yours... We got ours when we turned 65.

Have a great time!

Thanks Tony, I updated my post to the correct link. Guess I shouldn't copy from FB to this forum, just type in directly.

Sometimes a link doesn't copy the link itself but what is displayed. Especially of the displayed version contains the ellipsis (three dots) the copy is with the ellipsis instead of the expanded link. I always open a link and then copy it from the address bar.
