AZ CC Annual Picnic
I mentioned at our Christmas/Anniversary Party that I thought it was time for someone else to organize our picnic. I've been doing it for years and it's time for "younger blood". For years the picnic was at Bartlett Lake but when I took it over, I moved it to first a park in Mesa and then to Saguaro Lake the past several years. I chose Saguaro because the facilities were good and parking was close to the ramada and the lake. It is a fur piece for many but generally a nice ride. The next organizer can choose the date, time, and location. I've always provided table cloths, plates, utensils, charcoal, etc but the newbie can do as he pleases. I still have a goodly amount of the supplies that I'll gladly pass on.
