Silver #99 on I-10 this morning
Saw automotive art on my morning commute today. Great way to start a day.
It was a silver Cobra with #99 meatballs, 15" knockoffs, black sidepipes, correct (read -- smaller diameter, shorter than some newer ones) black roll bar. Beautiful car. Couldn't place the driver from past AZ Cobra meetings. Anyone know who it was? If I had to guess, I'd say ERA or perhaps the Coddington? Ben |

The Coddington has a #6 meatball, I believe. Owned by a guy named John from Fountain Hills. Where did you see the #99 car? Cheers, Steve |
I saw it on I-10 heading in from the I-10 & Elliot area at around 8 am this morning. Followed it until he exited at Washington.

Oh, it was me. I had just returned from a Gumball Rally, and was heading back towards CA. I ducked in off the Interstate to remove the meatballs at the gas stop so the helicopter would not identify me to the State Troopers on the ground trailing 5 miles behind. Just kidding.... :) Not me.
