Just a reminder...
Those caravaning to Knotts. Meet at the first rest area outside of Phoenix on I-10 heading west. This rest area is about 40 minutes west of where the 101 and 10 meet. Be ready to leave the rest area at 8:30am on Friday the 11th. Paul G. and Bob B. will be heading up the caravan. Mike |

Hello All,
What is your anticipated average speed? I know you need a bit of fudge factor for that answer but I am trying to determine if I can keep up with the old Cummins and trailer. I need to trailer my toy because I do not have a 100 gallon tank installed yet in the Cobra. Jeff C |

Average speed? about 200MPH. The past 2 years it has taken us, with stops, about 6 hours to get there. Bob, will also be trailering his car with Bill G. Mike |

I'm gonna be in Las Vegas for a Winston West race Sat nite but flying back early Sunday morning... I've been to the kit car @ Knotts before on a Sat but remember if its also on Sun or not... 8 cobras and 1 GT40 are on their way to Knotts. The caravan includes 2 being trailered.
They left a tearful mikiec at the meeting point wishing he could be with them. They will meet up with 2 others already in Calif. Have fun you guys and gals.... Mike |
