We did it, we signed the contract
Appears we will be moving about 25 miles South of Firebird Raceway. It was an opportunity that we could not let pass us by. We will be putting our house on the market in a couple of days.
Before everybody scatters and leaves the room. WE WILL BE HIRING A MOVING COMPANY. Buttttttt I will need some extra hands moving the chassis and body. I talked to Jack and he was kind enough to lend his services of his truck and trailer. The body is on the side of the house and will require to be flipped sideways and walked through a side gate. Also the chassis will have to be rolled up into the trailer. All this will take place later this month or the beginning of June. The property should close within 2 to 3 weeks. As for the present house my wife and me are selling. 1,790 sq ft, 3 br, 2 full baths (guest has a pedestal sink), 2 car garage, A/C and evap about 1 ˝ years old, whole house tiled about a year ago except for the 3 bedrooms. I remodeled the house about a year ago. 1/3 acre lot backs to the putting green on a second hole. House in a cul de sac. The driveway can hold six cars as well. There is a Homeowner’s Association and the house is located around 43rd Ave Bell in the Bellaire Community. Must see to appreciate and if you are looking for a large backyard with a nice view, this is the house for you. Pass this on to anybody that you might know looking to buy in the Northwest side of town. Jason 602-789-7101 |

Hey, that's good news Jason.
Now you can be out here with us country folk.:3DSMILE: Hersh:) |
The ideas are already flowing as to where a workshop will go ect. However it will be at least 5 years before that becomes a reality. I can't compalin, I already got one item on my wish list in my garage, however my finish date will be pushed back some because we will have to do some clearing out then run some fencing. When I say there is no landscaping. I mean the property is as flat as a board with two trees. Thank God it has been graded flat though. I cannot imagine clearing out desert trees and brush on 3 acreas! That would be half the battle.
I have that feeling all over again like when i purchased my first house. So no takers on a nice bar size pool table, includes two sticks and balls but it does need new balls. The freebie balls that came with it are not the best. |
Anybody out out there that might be able to lend a hand loading the chassis and body on and off the trailer? Pretty bare and the axle and front and rear suspension is the only thing on it and wheels will be of course.
Did I mention that I do have a liquor cabinet and can buy some beer. |
Jason,
Glad to help. Just let me know when. Jeff |
Jason,
Let me know the time and date... Mike |
