Vintage Races
Greetings
Having finally arrived here in the East, I thought I might take in the Vintage Races at PIR this weekend. Do any of the esteemed members of the ACC attend this event? It looks like it could be a good way to avoid tedious football on Sunday... Cheers Steve |
I have attended a similar event in San DIego...it was very cool. Inspired me to reserve a room for the Monterey Historics.

I really wanted to attend that event, however, the plan now calls for me to be in Dallas for the weekend. Some of the guys are going on a cruise that ends up near Firebird Raceway, and ProAutoSports is hosting an event there over the weekend. Might want to check that out too.

Are you still going to sign up for the track day at the end of Feb? Good way to get to know the folks in the club and the officials at ProAutoSports. The tracks that you have been running on are cool but...far away.

Welcome to AZ Steve. I'll be out at PIR Saturday for the Kruse Auction. 1000 cars on 2 stages this year so they claim. I am looking forward to the Historic Races also. Some big name drivers from years ago. Expect big turnout. Maybe I'll find another toy I just can't live without.
