Knotts
Just looking to see if there is any interest in going to Knotts.
Ginny and I will be leaving on Friday the 23rd of April. Need to get a head count in the next week so we can start to book rooms. Mike |
Cathy and I will be going! I think it is one of the best shows all year. I am tring very hard to have a new car body completed but do not want to jinks myself with a formal commitment yet. Jack and Barb are also planning on going.
Mike , not asking for names but what is the head count so far? |
Head count is about 12 so far. I figure we should have about 10 to 12 cars and 30 people.

I will be there with Bill handing out Coors Light as usual. Don't know if my baby will be along though. Body still not off. Dashboard is out along with all electrical. I am told completion target is still April 4th (4 month project).

Park cars for weekend at show, then eat/drink and be merry mostly within walking distance. Then Sun afternoon, 4/25 we drive back in a pack again with trophies/hangover. Bob |

Thanx for the info, I am doing my homework on which manufaturer to go with I want a little larger car really considering the Backdraft ... but about 6 to 8 months out ...only waited 30 years. anyway would it be ok if a corvette tagged along to knotts and is anybody going to las vegas next weekend

My daytime drink of choice is Diet Sprite, or if I am forced, Diet Coke. I am not sure if Diet Pepsi can be found in my cooler. I could bring a bigger cooler. Bill:p |
I may go. Trying to talk the wife into it and just got several new accounts so I am worrying about all that stuff too!

For the real show nutz, Knotts' is having thr FORD show 4/18, the Sunday before the Kit Car Show. They have a class (#30) for Cobras. What do you do for the whole week at Knott's, waiting for the next show?
