faster than speeding pellet
I was N. bound in middle lane and stopped at a red light last night. Car with 3 or 4 younger males was just beside/behind me in the fast lane. They said nice car in spanish and I replied thanks. They were just behind my side vision ability cause of fused neck so did not see them well. Light turned green and we all left when I heard sound of CO2 gun going off. Took me a second to realize what the sound was but heard 1 then 3 shots and impact of pellets on a 80's Chevy truck in curb lane to my right. My front fender was about in middle of the trucks door. Could not turn enough to see car/shooter that was just a little back and to my left but that is where CO2 firing sound was comming from. I down shifted and got the hell out of dodge, do not know for sure if firing at me but was blocking most of the truck with my car if that was the target. Have checked car for holes or chips with none found.
Scared the $hit out of me, maybe more now that I am thinking about it... Only a pellet gun right! I have shot through 1 inch cedar fence slats with them with no problem.
I did have clean shorts on...... did being proper tense.
