Pavillions..
It was mentioned last Saturday night that the longest running Saturday night cruise'n, in Az, will be shut down.
Anybody heard anything about this? If so when is the last night going to be? I have heard this was started some 30 years ago. Mike |
Yo Mikie! What else did you hear? Is there a date when this heinous crime will occur?
If true, there must be another business entity (or group) that would appreciate the traffic. Car dealers maybe? A larger mall? I don't go to the Pavillions very often, but I like knowing that it's there. Ron |
I had heard awhile back that McDonalds wanted out. But I figured since it's on Reservation land the tribe was running it. Then one of the guys I know that frequents the PAV mentioned that it was shutting down. To many of the businesses there had complaints from customers that the show was interferring with business. Interferring my butt... Maybe from the smaller ones. MickeyD's and the 5 and Diner and others will feel the pinch if it does shut down.

30 years? 15 years ago the Pav area was cotton fields and shacks. Where was it before that?
Still sucks, 1st K-Mart and now the Pav? Pretty soon people will have to start driving these things. :D (yeah I know, shut up and go finish mine) |
