Cobra Available

Looks like I'm going to put my Cobra on the block today or tomorrow. Just thought I'd put a quick message on this board before I put an ad under Cobra's for Sale. The contract job I was working on ended 6 months early, and I got caught with my financial pants down. (Man, THAT is an ugly mental image!) This is a bad time to be looking for a new gig, so prudence says I should plan for the worst,and there's just too much money tied up in the Cobra. Who knows - maybe something will pop up before the car sells. Ron:) |

I saw the item from Fitz, but I'm reallynot much of a sales type. The only job I ever got fired from was a sales job - I was a service writer at Rossi Ford in Scottsdale. I thought I was supposed to do preliminary diagnosis and write up a sales a sales ticket. They thought I should sell people work and parts that they didn't need. Integrity is a weighy thing... :) |
From my many years turning wrenches at dealerships that seems to be the norm with the directions the Service Manager gives his writers.
There is enough work out there without taking advantage of the customer. And they wonder why the industry gets such a bad name. Mike |
