78* and sunny 1 mile form the beach. Got'a love the LA South bay, 95% of homes have no air conditioner, NO NEED!!;) :) :cool:

Excaliber I fold, Lived in K-bay at the MCAS 1984 to 1988. Great place to live, just hard to drive long distance with out going around and around.:cool:
