Good mechanic in the west valley
Does anybody know of a good mechanic in the west valley? My daughter bought a '95 Civic and it has some small things that need attention. Plus I'd like a trust-worthy mechanic to give it a once over just for peace of mind (Trying to avoid a "Dad - I broke down on the 101..." call). I know absolutely nothing about ricers.
The guy that sold it to her recommended a shop where he has a buddy that's a mechanic. But I'm thinking an independent opinion might be better. Mulv - I know you said you have a great mechanic at the Scottsdale Air Park. That's an option but I wish it was closer. Thanks. |
We went to "Auto Air" at 61st and Bell. Good mechanic work but bad business. Isn't there was some law where they are supposed to inform you if they're going to go over their estimate? Unfortunately, I only had a verbal estimate. I probably should have made a trip down to get the written before authorizing the work.
