Insurance in AZ for daily drivers

I'm going to be getting a new daily driver this week (yea!) -- and it's been a long time since I've cross shopped my insurance company. We're currently with American Family and have been happy -- but figure it would be smart to check what current rates are to be sure Am Fam is still competitive.

Any of you local guys have any suggestions who else to get a bid from? I live in Chandler, if it makes a difference...

[I'd do all the cars and the house together -- seems like you get better rates all around if you let them "bundle" it all together...]

Thanks,

Ben

You can also try Grundy Classic Insurance. They have been around for ever. A lot of my friends like the company as well.
Worth a try.

I've had Progressive Insurance for practically 10 years and have been thoroughly satisfied. Each year, before my premium comes due, I will give other companies a chance to buy my business and this year was the first time anyone even came close. They were $15 less and I wouldn't change for that. Every other year, the competition has not been within $200. I used to also have Progressive coverage on my house but the company quit writing in AZ. I like the fact that i can do everythin on line and don't have to wait for the "opportunity" to talk to an agent, if I don't want to.

State Farm has been good for me. The Cobra coverage is for agreed value and the rate is reasonable... I even have the ususal glass coverage, etc...

Ben, I switched from AM Fam to AAA then went with AARP. When you start shaving   they should help you save money.

Actually, I found AAA cheaper than A.M. and had better service.

FWIW, I found out today that State Farm no longer pays the deductible for windshield repair. They used to do this even if you don't have the windshield coverage. It might be that all insurance companies are going this way. I guess I'll be adding the windshield rider after this.
