Alignment Specs ?

I'm changing out my MII control arms, springs, shocks, and struts for tubular arms and coil overs. Does anyone have alignment specs I could give the shop for starters? I did mark where my old upper arms were so I will hopefully be close enough to drive to the alignment shop. If it doesn't feel right, I can use a buddy's trailer. I had hoped to save some weight but found only an 8# difference between all the components. Oh well, better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Thanks Jeff. I'd like to try that alignment shop Mr. Pink recommended but they are not open on Saturdays. I'll try to find someone in the East Valley and I'll give them these specs.
