So Mike, what does "SPCON" mean? Special Construction?

Larry.....yes it is short for SPecial CONstruction. The interesting thing is they put on the tite , "first registered 02/1965" even though my old title showed first registered 2002. Oh well, legal with new plates is a "happy place".
