Need good Mechanic
 
I need a mechanic for an emission adjustment. Any body know of one in the east valley? I failed CO emission at an idle and need to adjust something Engine is a 428hp 351 Cleveland. Car runs great now but 2 tries-no passing grade

Why so you need to have it smogged? Isn't it registered as a 65-66?

Car was first titled in Canada as a 67 and I could not get DMV to change it. I had to go through a lot of hoops just to get it titled here

I sent you some info on where I would suggest you take her in a PM but you may also do a net search on Historic vehicles in Az. As a 1967 you qualify as a historic but there are a couple of things to qualify like miles driven etc. I do not want to mislead you so do a check but that may exempt you from smog check completely. The check for a 1967 car is just PCV valve and maybe a vac vapor resivour so ? why they are running an idle test at all?
