Anybody from AZ going to LCS?
Its a five hour drive from my current location in Holland, MI to London, OH so there really is no reason for me to miss this year's event. I'm going to toss the dog into the car and drive in on Friday night. I'll be at Saturday's festivities.
Is anybody from AZ Cobras heading over? I even get to head over to Hot Rods Power Tour on Sunday as they are stopping in Kalamazoo, MI. I'll post pics of anything interesting. Jeff |
I'll be there, arriving on Thursday late afternoon. Leaving on Sunday after the autocross for Lambertville,MI. which is immediately north of Toledo, Oh. John PS. I have the white primered Cobra with silver hood and doors. Stop by and have a beer with me.

Looking around for second home etc; special deals etc; in Saugatuck and Holland areas. Know of anything? I use to live on Lake Macatawa on South Shore Drive until 1970 as a kid. Whoa! Should have kept that one!!! |

Now would be a great time to buy as the housing market in Holland is rather depressed. I drove on Southshore Drive last weekend and there were plenty of places right on the lake (Macatawa) for sale. Buyers market here. There are some beautiful houses on that street. Pricey, but beautiful none the less. I've really come to like the Holland area, spent last night enjoying a few cold ones on the patio of the Butler in Saugatuck. My assignment is up at the end of the month so I should be back in Phoenix for the 4th of July. Want me to send some info on what's for sale? Jeff |
If you do the parade, I strongly suggest breakfast at the Masonic Lodge that is just near the parade display area before the street racing start line.

Met up with John at breakfast this morning. He made it to London safely.
