I need some details defined, I have read the threads but still left me wondering exactly what the whole deal is.

** Where / What track is this event going to be held on?
** What is the date or dates proposed?
** What is the est. cost and what is the max / ceiling amount on this est. cost?
** If cost exceeds Stated ceiling, is money refundable at that point?
** Is this open to our group only (not just Cobras but our group)?
** Is fee for a car entry to the track (can my daughter and I share an entry or is that 2 entries regardless of who is driving the car)?
** What is a rough start and finish time of event = how long do we get to be on the track?
** Rain is rare and guess anything else lets us run, what if it rains us out?

This is my first event like this so just looking to understand all parts before mailing a check. Sound VERY COOL ! Jeff C

The original dates were Nov 10 and Dec 22. I think the nov date is a bit of a reach at this point so let's say Dec 22. Firebird west track is the proposed track.
As I stated I beleive it will be $275 a head for 15 people. The cost goes down with more people. No one is going to make money on this events, justb cover the actual costs. I think 15 people is a minimum. Any less than than that then it's a bust.
I would welcome anyone in our AZ group. I know we have some Vette, Viper and other brands that are regulars with us so I think they should be welcome.
I don't know how to answer the multiple driver question. Generally the entry is for the driver not the car.
The event will run from 8am-5pm with a lunch break at noon.

I would love to run in the rain. You want to learn to drive, drive in the rain. You will learn more about how a car works and how to control in the wet than any other time.

This is a rain or shine event. The track will not do refunds because of weather.
