Arivaca, AZ run Aug. 23rd.
The Tucson Cobras will be doing a run down to Arivaca, AZ. for breakfast on Saturday, August 23rd. We invite all of the Arizona Cobras to join us for the 23 miles of curving, twisting, climbing, descending, blind curves, and off camber turns. If you have driven up the Yarnell Hill road, the road to Arivaca will amaze you and remind you what the Cobra is all about. Looking forward to having you guys join us.

It will be so hot your lips will balloon up and blow up right off your face. Your ass will sweat so much you won't know if you wet yourself or what!

HEY YOU WIMPS, You're in Arizona and it's summer. I can garrantee you that it will be cooler in Tucson and Arivaca than in Phoenx. OK, the meeting place is the gas station on the southeast corner of I-10 and Valencia Rd. Exit I-10 at mile post / exit # 267, which is Valencia, at the stop light turn left and drive under I-10. The gas station is on your right. The time is 9:00 am. The gas station has a quick food store for anyone needing a potty break, water, or gas. Oh yes, it is one of the least exensive gas stations in Tucson. It does not have any special fuels, just the normal three grades.

Time change. Due to some requests for an earlier starting time to avoid the heat of the day we'll be trying to leave the gas station at 8:00 AM NOT 9:00 AM. I guess you could say that the thought of fat lips blowing off my face and the wet feeling around my cheeks has made this change easier to make.
