You lucky dawg! I spent 15 years in the armpit of Texas, Houston. Came to Arizona 8 years ago. Never looked back. Well, actually.... I do look back. Texas is a great place as long as you stay west of I-35. |

I work for Adot, and this was basically championed by our wonderful gov. to help close budget gaps especially due to road projects. There are no points asessed to licenses due to unability to prove who was actually driving said car. That was the last sticking point to passing this nonsense.

Dave, I used to live in Rockwall, TX. My work area was Mesquite, Tyler, Pittsburgh, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, etc. Then got changed to just Dallas Metro. We used to say "the East ends in Dallas and the West begins in Fort Worth.

I've got the spray stuff on my license plates and have not gotten a ticket. That being said, I have a very good reflex to put my hand over my face when ever I see one of the camera set up, and of course, I never speed...
