The Shady Dell in Bisbee?
Have any of you been and how was your experience? We are thinking of staying there this spring and are looking for input. Thanks
|
Don't know anything about the Shady Dell but you can stay at the Copper Queen. Room 312 is the haunted one!

We liked the Copper Queen...especially the bare hanging bulb ceiling light. Maybe we had the Presidential Suite, 20 years ago?

As Karl says...
The Copper Queen. They even have ghosts. Mike |
The Shady Dell is a RV park with 8 or so restored vintage campers that you rent just like a hotel. It sounds pretty cool, here is a link if anyone is interested.
www.theshadydell.com Thanks for the ghosts, but I already have voices ;-) |
Dots Diner might make a fun run with the boys from Tucson when the weather warms up.. Looks interesting.

Go there and stay, be sure to do the mine tour. Do the copper queen bar it is great along with St. Elmos.

Shady Dell...very cool place, I think it is that RV/Trailer Park next to the grave yard, off the traffic circle. The place has an old Hamburger stand imported from Holllywood, and numerous old Airstream trailers retored for overnight rental. He also has a very large boat and a old Team Bus for rent. I recall the "Elvis Trailer" is pretty neat,... it might put you in the moment for some overnight ..rock & roll!
Anyway, sounds like a great place for a Cobra run.....in the summer. Bill |
