Are there any decently priced inurance companies around that insure old cars...I was just cancelled by American Modern which is Northeast Classic...One collision and a new windshield and your out at American Modern Home.. Dave

Dave, it's my understanding that in AZ an insurance company cannot cancel your coverage, after you've been with them a year. They can however jack your premiums through the roof. That's what happened to me with Haggerty several years ago when they decided they were not going to be in the Cobra insuring business any more.

I use them for my old cars. No mileage limit and an agreed upon value. I have my Vette there , $50K value, $275 a year - 300/300/100 towing, rental cars , az uninsured motorist , all the trimmings. Cheap , easy and nice people. |

Well, then call and ask for Miguel, he's the agent or ask for Andrew. I am covered for $100K and it costs me less than $500/year.
