It is gone down the road
Well boy's she is history.:( My cobra shipped out last week and I don't know where. It was sold on consignment and I got what I wanted out of it. They also made some money too, just not sure what.
I really miss not being able to drive it but it was the right thing for me at this time. I hope I can still come out to the shows and see you guy's, at some point I know I will have another Hot Rod believe me. :JEKYLHYDE Thank you again and I hope to see you soon. Jim |
Sorry to see you leave the fold Jim. I know we will see you again. It's in the blood. Congrats on getting what you wanted.
Good luck. The future is what you make it. AZ Bob |
Sorry to see it gone, but not surprised.
Long hours at work and not much support at home makes toys expendable. Keep stopping by the Sat. night show and join us on the road when you can. Mike |
Man, times are tough. Everytime I go to the garage and see the Cobra sitting there getting dusty, not used I feel the same way. Could always use the cash for more sensible but then the wife says "You are not selling that car" "Although you are getting to be an old fart and you may not be able to handle it" "It still scares the crap out of you sometimes" blah blah blah:LOL:
Need to have this car in Indiana or Ohio where it is cool or up north......%/ Anyway someone offer me a cazilion $$ and it is gone. or could I update some things on it........ |
Fitz..
Ginny said the same thing. When it looked like I would be unemployed, I said well we will have to sell the Cobra. She said. NO WAY IN HELL. Still employed and still have the Cobra. Mike |
Jim,
Don't worry about your " I hope I can still come out to the shows and see you guy's, at some point I know I will have another Hot Rod believe me. " statement. I sold my Cobra 6 or 7 years ago and they still pick on me. Bill |
Bill, you're such an easy target, and you can take a joke. Now, Karl and Danr on the other hand......
AZ Bob |
Bob, pound sand, white eyes!
|
No Bob. Karl and I prefer to leave you where you are rather than taking you along.. although I remember one time I was glad we could take a joke. It was when he brought me gas when I ran out.
