I am told the frame is a Arntz is there a cross member that goes under the motor that the motor mounts to? The motor mounts i have for the 351w i am putting in are 5 inches short [2.5 each side] of the frame. Is this frame set up for a bb motor? The current frame mounts are 22 1/4 inches center to center.

The mounts look identical to what is on my Butler frame, and there is no additional cross member. Ron Butler sold me two rigid mounts that bolt the 350 SBC motor in place. Contact Ron he may have the mounts you need for your engine.

I'm very happy with having a rigid mounted engine. I do not notice any vibration at all being transmitted to the car it runs very smoothly. In addition to the rigid engine mounts I added two additional rigid mounts that bolt from the frame to the bell housing. Trans mount is a hard poly mount.
