STIFFY |

They are 390 x 90 x something solids. Therefore only using up 90mm of wall space, they insulate well and have good noise properties. You can adher plaster board straight to the surface without the expense of wood frames. They render well and are strong. Thats all I know about them......... AND THEY ARE HEAVY, POOR APPRENTICE... STIFFY |
