Pick the Kit? Anyone interested? -

Is anyone up for a quick game of pick the kit - can anyone shed any light regarding this kit - ie: the manufacturer of this chasis & body?

It is/was for sale on e-vil-bay - see below:

I saw that one last night and was trying to figure out what it is.

It looks like a buy the body and make your own chassis job. Looking at what can be seen in the photos, the chassis design looks questionable. I can't see any actual chassis rails. Seems funny how he never finished welding the chassis and only tacked it. To fully weld the chassis it would only take a couple of hours to finish the welds.

Also to get that motor through rego in NSW would not be an easy feat.

I'm not a ford man, but that doesn't look a current model XR-8 motor to me...

It's a bargain NIGHTMARE ! He doesn't know the make, he doesn't know what the suspension is. The engine looks very early efi ford. If you like a challenge, go for it !

Mmmm my guess is that it an RC. They built chassis with the tubular option. It is difficult to see much of the chassis.

RC closed down rather quickly and a number of bits were picked up by owners and those buying before the doors shut.

Just a guess.
