News just in from LSV. They have a single staff member organising the assessments and she is sending all hail damaged cars to Fowles auction yards where the assessments are being done centrally for greater efficiency. If the car is a repairable write-off it will go straight to auction, otherwise sent to choice of repairer. Interesting approach!
