Yeah, the police report on the radio sounded almost like an apology. "he was polite and cooperative we had no trouble with him" What if it was Nob the yob ? Jail most likely !

Nob the yob or famous your car is gone for 48hrs and find another way home..... your given the appropriate paperwork and you'll be around $1000 outa pocket!!:)Imagine the uproar if the Police didn't do anything and someone from the public reported it.... the Police can't win!!..come on down and try it see how you get looked after!!:3DSMILE:

I would accuse Weber of cashing in on the publicity gravy train as well, but he makes a very good point about our nanny state.

48 Hours ? In NSW it's three months and you pay for the storage...about 3 to 4 grand. You get your car back covered in dirt and bird poop. If a window is down. Bad luck. the dirt and bird poop is inside as well. There's no apology like the police description with the F1 boy, just a phone call to tell you to bring your car in to be impounded, then they fine you for the offence. Come on up and try it. I like the Vic rules! ha ha ha.

Simple answer ...DON'T F@RK UP and nobody will leave the window down.....why let 'em go home and wait for a call the D$ckheads keep driving and them time enough to do it again and again before they get that OMG Gino they want the VL at Impound:p!!!tow it then and there....yes it's only 48hrs ($580 for what Hamilton was charged with Plus the Tow AND the Storage $1k + but thats for your first offence..it will get worse very quickly if ya do it again...do it a 3rd time then see what happens you'll be selling it to pay for everything just as expensive down here... yeah so your most welcome to come on down to paradise!!....:cool:
P.S if ya got a sunroof i'll make sure I leave it open so the inside looks as good as the outside..though if its ya cobra all that dirt and bird **** would make it look like one of those BARN-FINDS then list on Ebay ya could make a fortune :D
