In the next few weeks would be good, I'm happy to pay for it. Have you got a hard copy or a electronic copy?

Cheers
Dave

Dave

been a bit slow getting back but I also have a hard copy book my sparky left me but I'm not sure what series AU's it covered. Will drag out over the weekend and could probably scan the pages if suitable.

Though I won't be back in the office till next Thursday. I'll sent out another email tonight once I've looked at what this wiring book covers.

Dave

Found the wiring diagram manual and it's a Boyce wiring manual for Ford AU and AUII 6 and V8 including Fairlane, Fairmont and LTD and VT Commode V6 & V8 including Berlina and Calais.

Now that I see it again I recall the pages which are in red are hard to photo copy nicely which I suspect is deliberate to make copying hard. Not sure how well they will scan but we will see.

I have adobe professional so I scan individual pages and should be able to stitch the lot together and make one nice pdf of it all.

So for clarity is it an AU or AUII? And what model?

Not back till Thursday though.

Cheers

Steve

Default Ford 2000 AU V8 Engine wiring schematic

Hello everyone, I am putting a 5.0 L out of an XR8 ute 2000 model into a DRB AC Cobra and am looking for a wiring schematic for the engine. The standard manual doesn't show the actual pin outs on the EEC . I have the original harness but would like to reduce all unnecessary wires. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
The job is involved but do-able . You will need a chip from TI performance. This chip turns off the smart shield and allows you to configure an auto ecu to Manual. I had a copy of wiring diagram somewhere.
