Missing in action

Hi all,

I have been missing in action. I have not been to a Cobra or GT40 event for over two years now.

I made a decision to wind back from work and really enjoy myself. However, my wife decided winding back meant to get the house renovations done.

So now nearly two years later we have finally finished rebuilding what is described as a Eichler inspired home.

Our builder Jason did a fantastic job and I promised him I would let everyone know how good he was.

So here goes a free plug - not car related but..%/

Our house is the more modern one in white. It has the big open areas with white/black and red wall sections.

Jason did all the internal and exterior deck work around the pool.

I was really impressed with his work and his ability to adapt to a tough site. he worked well with all the trades.

So if you are considering house renovations in Geelong or the Great Ocean Road area, Jason is the guy.

Mmmm there goes my free add for him.

Now back to cars...**)

Jason built all of the garage areas as well, so I have the best workshop and garage. I plan to get back in there now and get those cars ready for summer...**)..**)

Jason built the garage with the cinema room above. He was full of great ideas and experienced to pul the job off.

re paint and finish painting.

Workshop for Anne - garden stuff done

Clothes line area all done

Garden landscape all done.

Brick planter boxes all done.

Back yard all completed.

New fences all around.

Up stairs cinema room now all done...

:eek: and that is only the start of what has happened since..:LOL:

Any wonder I cannot get away..**)

We did manage to get to Cal. in April and then onto Florida and NY.

I apologised to Hershal for not getting down to Texas tgo see him and Paula.

But took Anne to Paris for a week instead.

Guess I am free for another few years.. so over I come to car events..:3DSMILE: Will try and make Run N Gun

Seriously, it was a trip for Anne and me and I did promise no car stuff!! But did make it to two auto shops in Palm Springs and one on Hollywood..:3DSMILE:
