Jethrow, I dealt with Fred Knuth by email and phone. Just ring their main number and ask for Fred - he's a great bloke to deal with. The difficult part was sending the money - wire transfers are a headache!

Tirerack gets my vote as well. Needed tyres for our Outlander $340 to $495 each here got four Yokohamas delivered to my door for $708 AUD total. Had no trouble with emails being answered and wire transfer was easy via online banking with Westpac. Seemed to get an email every second day updating the progress. Freight was $268 USD. Will buy from them again as long as the dollar is good.

Well, just ordered some American Racing Torq-Thrust IIs and Kuhmo KU36's from Tire Rack. Let's hope its plain sailing from now on :)
The prices really are very good.

I used the guys 3 years ago to buy my tyres and the prices do not seem to have increased much since then. Good value. My next 4x4 tyres will be from there too.
