Factory Five Racing has these.....
$389-00 seems a pretty good price. https://factoryfiveparts.com/product...cat=257&page=1 Saw a pair of these last week just arrived for a Race Cobra being built...and they looked the goods. Cheers, Warren |

No Mate...that's the price for a SET ...a pair of them. They make that a bit clearer on the attached add for the SET of the polished stainless steel side pipes .. .....The advert says "and they are sold in pairs ". The polished stainless ones are $899-00 for a pair..... https://factoryfiveparts.com/product...7&bestseller=Y Anyway...the best way is to check their business hours / local time on the internet...and ring them...costs buggerall to phone the states. Cheers |

I have a set of these pipes coming over from the states at the moment. When they show up we can put them up against your car and take a pic for you. Stan |

Hard to beat a pair of stainless pipes for $900. It would cost more to buy mild steel and coat them.
FFR are useless for freight, better off getting them shipped to someone you know in the states and re sent. |
Mine are from FFR, bought the steel ones as I wanted the matt black look. Paid $389 for the pair plus $196 freight........arrived in about 10 days.
The brackets dont suit a Harrison with a flat floor as they're designed to bolt on to a vertical part of the chassis on the FFR. I just cut the originals off and welded a couple of tabs on where i needed 'em. I thickened up where they bolted into the chassis so as I had sufficient thread/holding by riveting a couple of bits of 5mm plate to the floor. Then ran a 3/8' thread through the lot. |

Hey I don't claim to be a metalworker
I cant weld aluminium (can't weld much else either) and I don't really like burning off the powdercoat. 5mm plate + 3 for the underfloor + a couple into the chassis gives me about 10 if my maths are right. Bloody big rivets and a sign that says DONT STAND ON SIDEPIPES :-0 |

mmmmmm hadn't thought if it like that........i don't know how many times I've scratched my head looking for a solution to some drama on the car wishing my skills were better.
Only saying to my kids the other day I admire people with practical skills a whole lot more than academics. Cheers mate |
BRYONCOB thanks for the info on the pipes / but one question what colour is your cobra , i'm trying to work out if chrome/ ssteel would look better on a silver cobra or get a set of mild steel ones & have them hpc coated in gloss black

I know your dilemma..........mines silver, check it out in the pics.......just click the little camera icon under my username. There's heaps of pics out there on the net to help you decide. The US factory forums have good pic sections.........try FFR, Superformance etc,
type in a colour to their search function and find out how to kill hours confusing the decision!! Greg |
bryon cobra
