Well done Mick. Our thoughts have been with you all over these last days. They are memorable days for all the wrong reasons. I have a student and her husband just on the outskirts of Christchurch and I have been keeping in touch with them. I am sure that North Islanders have been reaching out in many ways too.

All the best to our Kiwi brothers in Chistchurch.......heart wrenching seeing the devastation to that beautiful city and tally of death and injury.
Pity the the producers of the trashy Australian TV media outlets who spent huge $ sensationalising peoples grief didn't stay home and direct their budget to the rescue effort.
