R.I.P Marco Simocelli
Marco Simoncelli (20 January 1987 – 23 October 2011) was an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle road racer.
Another tragic accident!!! Marco Simoncelli killed in accident at Malaysian MotoGP - Telegraph ...Just imagine how distraught Valentino would be after hitting him and realising the extent of his injuries. Condolences to all families and friends. |
It is a terrible video OZ. We are so used to all the safety arrangements these days and can forget that motor sport is so dangerous.

Horrible news - a very entertaining rider to watch not always for the right reasons and a very very sad end. Not a great couple of weeks for motorsport. Was watching live and still feeling shocked. RIP

I was also watching... Not pretty at all!!!
Almost immediately you kinda felt sick and new it wasn't going to be good when you saw his helmet come flying off on impact. Edwards & Rossi couldn't have done anything about it. Truly sad for all. :( Marco - thanks for the ride, your style and flair was most entertaining. |
